If it’s just urinary incontinence in a male, use a "belly band", which is a band of fabric with a sanitary pad. Here’s a link:

You can make your own with an athletic sock, a maxi pad and a diaper pin. Cheap. Works great. Check and change it frequently.

My sister has a cloth diaper for her toy poodle. Works fine. Need to wash it out.

I don’t know about disposable diapers though.

They do have doggie diapers, you can pick them up at just about any petstore, or try an online supplier like http://www.petedge.com.

Keep in mind that they can cause a lot of irritation and hair damage, so if you need to use them it would be best to have the hair around her back end and belly trimmed very short or shaved first, and make sure you change the diapers regularly and wipe her down with baby wipes to keep her clean and dry at all times. Otherwise she can get skin and urinary tract infections which will just make her condition even worse.

    Good luck!

you can use any diapers, just cut a small hole for your pets tail. you might have problems with him tolerating having a diaper on.

If you can’t find ones for dogs you can always use huggies that are the right size for your dog and cut a hole in the bottom of them so your dogs tail can stick out of them, We have a dog who is paralized in her back legs and we just use human huggies so she doesn’t wee all around the house.

I know this may sound a bit silly, but it works! You can buy some boys underwear and stick the tail through the top, use feminine napkins in the undies and it’s cheaper and works!
